I love delivering the fuel for ministry: income. People sometimes think that sounds crass or too commercial, but the hard reality is: less income, less ministry. I’m known for my passion to connect strategy and analysis to drive net income. My partner gives me a hard time for having once yelled in a client meeting, “nothing but net, baby” in a moment of exuberance over an extraordinary turnaround (Hey, I think doubling net income is worth cheering about!)

I’ve served clients such as CityTeam Ministries (an international organization with rescue missions in 6 locations in the US), Promise Keepers, Back to God Ministries International, Raleigh Rescue Mission, Redwood Gospel Mission, Shiloh Christian Children’s Ranch and All Things Possible Ministries, to name a few.

I know ministry from the inside as well. I devoted over a decade to serving an international Bible-based ministry. I served 5 years as Director of Operations supervising all activities from fundraising to international events. I then served 6 years as Executive Director and CEO. During my time as CEO, I led a top-to-bottom reorganization and rebranding of the ministry effectively doubling the organization’s size in 6-years. During my tenure I worked in over 20 countries including places like: Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Morocco, and Russia; developed cutting-edge ministry partnerships that in turn fueled successful donor acquisition programs; and created major donor efforts that blessed donors and grew ministry income.

Bottom line: I understand not-for-profit management, governance, development and strategy from the bottom up, from small turn-around to multi-million dollar international agency.

After traveling all over the world, while living most of my life in Texas, I looked around for the one place I wanted to work and live. I chose the Pacific Northwest and God led me to a little island across the Sound from Seattle. It’s damp, rainy and gray. Real estate prices are astounding. Competition is intense. Christians are few and far between. But I wouldn’t live anywhere else in the world. I believe God calls us to a life of adventure.

For 15 years I dreamed of consulting for small to mid-sized non-profits but it wasn’t until 2008 when that became a reality in the form of Oneicity.

I can’t wait to roll up my sleeves and see how together we can create more income for your ministry.
